Paris, 28th May 2014 – Following the period of exclusivity begun April 30th, the Argos Wityu funds have completed the sale of Orsyp to the automation software specialist Automic (formerly UC4), owned by the Scandinavian fund EQT.

Orsyp had been acquired by management and the funds managed by Argos Wityu in December 2007. The action plan since then had given new momentum to Orsyp’s geographical expansion and allow the development of its product offering thanks to the acquisition, in 2009 and 2012, of two French companies, Sysload and Streamcore.
