Argos Wityu reinforces its team
Paris – Following the nomination of Karel Kroupa as the 8th Partner in Argos Wityu in January, Jérémie Falzone becomes an Investment Manager and Guillaume Lefebvre joins the team as an analyst.
Jérémie Falzone, 31 years old, a graduate of the HEC School of Management and of Sciences Po Paris, joined Argos Wityu in May 2007 as an Associate.
Since then he has worked in particular on the acquisition of the Mertz transportation business (2008) and its sale (2011) as well as on the public tender and recap of the listed consultancy firm Solving Efeso (2010).
Jérémie has also participated in the exclusive negotiations for the sale of Buffet Crampon (2012).
Guillaume Lefebvre, 27 years old, holds post graduate degrees in Economics and in Management from the Sorbonne University as well as a Master Degree from ESCP Europe Business School.
He joined Argos Wityu in February 2012 after previous experience in Private Equity with CM-CIC Capital Finance and Rothschild & Cie (Five Arrows Managers).
