Milan, July 21st 2015 – Bip, backed by Argos Wityu, acquires the majority of OpenKnowledge entering into digital business
Business Integration Partners (“Bip”) is a dynamic leading Italian consulting company, with a global footprint. Founded in 2003, Bip has always grown double digit and it has become the largest partnership in the Italian consulting sector. Today it employs more than one thousand professionals.
OpenKnowledge, headquartered in Milan, is a management consulting company focused on social and digital transformation, pioneer and leader on digital transformation and social business.
Argos Wityu has invested in Bip in May 2014, to support management team and fuel a strong growth, with the aim to list the company.
