I am fascinated by the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of personalities, from founders and entrepreneurs to individual employees. Through my family’s own business, I have developed a natural curiosity to understand exactly what determines the success of a company and how to move it forward.
After studying in Frankfurt and Sweden, I spent more than two years advising companies on positioning and the sales process. Over time, however, I wanted to become an entrepreneur myself and support management throughout the investment period in identifying critical drivers in order to create new growth paths.
I chose Argos because of its focus on complex situations that require creative solutions. In addition, the pan-European setup of Argos promotes international cooperation and the exchange of experience with colleagues. After all, the most important thing is that you work in a team that is motivated and that you enjoy working with.
Outside work, I like to spend a lot of time in the fresh air, whether jogging in the park or on the golf course. It is also important to me to gain as much varied experience as possible, which is why I often travel with my girlfriend.
Especially for SMEs, the involvement of a private equity investor is of course a particularly exciting time, causing a lot of positive change. We draw on many years of experience in a wide variety of industries. This is why I am convinced that private equity creates various long-term opportunities for growth and that Argos is ideally positioned as a reliable and experienced partner thanks to its specialisation.
