Paris – ORSYP, leading provider of enterprise IT automation and ITSM software and services, owned by Argos Wityu funds and management, announced the acquisition of Sysload Software, an emerging leader in Data Center Performance and Capacity Management.

This announcement is a first stepping stone in fulfilling ORSYP’s vision to lead the market with solutions that meet the dynamic and complex challenges of IT Operations Management.

Since the management buyout of Orsyp completed by private equity firm Argos Wityu in December 2007, external growth has been part of the company’s strategic plan. Among several acquisition opportunities studied over the past months, Sysload appeared as one of the most attractive, due both to its innovative products and its experienced teams, and to the good fit between the management of both companies. The complementarities between Orsyp’s and Sysload’s software will allow the companies to bring additional solutions to their respective customers and further accelerate the growth of the group.

The transaction was funded by a combination Orsyp’s cash and a new bank loan arranged by BNP Paribas, together with LCL and HSBC.

Francois-Xavier Floren, ORSYP CEO, said:

“This is an exciting new venture for ORSYP, for Sysload, and for our customers. We are building a orkload performance suite that will help customers deliver IT services on-time while retaining maximum agility, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. Combining Sysload solutions with ORSYP’s flagship IT automation tools will bring our customers the assurance to meet those objectives.

The support brought by Argos Wityu in structuring the transaction was clearly a key factor in its success.”
