Promotions within the investment team in France and Italy.

Argos Wityu, an independent European investment fund, has promoted Vincent Yacoub (Paris), Nicola Honorati (Milan), Gabriele Scalco (Milan) as Directors, and Stanislas Guichot-Pérère (Paris) as Investment Manager.

The Argos team comprises 70 employees in its 7 European offices.

Vincent Yacoub (Paris), joined Argos Wityu in 2017 as a member of the French investment team.

Vincent Yacoub completed internships at LFPI Group and BPI France (Mid-Cap team).
He has been involved in several transactions, notably Olinn (acquisition, 7 build-ups, divestment), France Elévateur (divestment) and TKH France (acquisition, 3 build-ups).
Over the past six months, he has been engaged in new deal opportunities and the monitoring of TKH France and Sasa Demarle.
He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance, Financial Engineering and Tax Strategy from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as a Magistère in Finance.

Nicola Honorati (Milan)
, joined Argos Wityu in 2022 as a member of the italian investment team. Nicola Honorati holds a double degree from Bocconi University and completed his undergraduate studies at Berkeley. He began his career as an Investment Analyst at B4 Investimenti in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, he served as an Investment Associate at Emisys Capital. Following this, he worked as an Investment Manager at DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR from 2018 to 2022.

Nicola joined Argos in September 2022. Over the past six months, he has been involved in several key deals and portfolio companies, including Moro and Fabbri, and several new opportunities in advanced phases.

Gabriele Scalco (Milan)
, joined Argos Wityu in 2019 as a member of the italian investment team. Gabriele Scalco holds degrees from Politecnico di Milano and Bocconi University. He began his career as a Leveraged Finance & Private Debt Analyst at Tikehau from 2017 to 2019. Gabriele joined Argos in May 2019 and was promoted in September 2022.

In the past six months, he has completed five add-ons on his portfolio companies – including Fulgard, SB and Bracchi – and has been involved in several new deals.

Stanislas Guichot-Pérère (Paris),
joined Argos Wityu in 2022 as a member of the French investment team.

Stanislas Guichot-Pérère graduated from EDHEC Business School. He began his career at Kartesia, where he worked as an Analyst and Associate from 2018 to 2022, focusing on market-leading financing solutions for the European lower mid-market. Stanislas joined Argos in September 2022. Over the past six months, he has been involved in several key deals and portfolio companies, including TKH France, Selmer and Valco, and several new opportunities in advanced phases. Additionally, he has contributed to the Argos Foundation.
