Paris, 14 October 2015 – Salvia Développement, leading vendor for property and project management areas, has acquired Ascimmo and ID Bat. Salvia Développement thereby enhances its expertise in Project and Property Management and at the same time consolidates its physical proximity to customers.

Founded more than 20 years ago in Tours, Ascimmo developed the SCI 5 product aimed at property developers of all sizes. ID Bat is a software specialist in the management and exploitation of real estate parks focusing on technical issues and energy consumption that will enlarge the Mobility offering of Salvia Développement which is at the heart of the current market for Project and Property Management.

These acquisitions confirm Salvia’s position of market leader in the software market for property owners and developers, and also illustrate its innovation policy and expansion of its line of products in new property segments.

Since the acquisition of Salvia (which was a spin-off from the Sage group) which was structured by Argos Wityu in April 2013, external growth has been part of the strategic plan of the company. “Among the different opportunities which have been evaluated over the last few months, Ascimmo and ID Bat have been of particular interest to us due to the similarity of their businesses to Salvia, the geographic complementarity, their strong internal resources and their innovation policy” said Karel Kroupa, Partner at Argos Wityu. The combination of companies will strengthen the footprint of Salvia Développement in the Property Development and Asset Management segments which will remain the major axes of growth and development for the company. The transaction was financed by Salvia Développement’s own funds and the price is confidential.

Our vision to be leader and innovator in our current areas of expertise and to open up new markets and services can be seen today through this acquisition. We look forward to integrating the teams from Ascimmo and ID Bat as this is all about an opportunity to share skills and knowledge, while at the same time completing our geographical presence and our operational offer” specified Françoise Farag, President of Salvia Développement.

All of the Salvia Développement team is approaching this new phase with lots of enthusiasm. The arrival of Ascimmo and ID Bat falls in our strategy of internal and external growth” concluded Françoise Farag.
