Please introduce yourself briefly: your age, your family situation and the country you live in.
Camille
Tell us about your career and how you joined Argos.
Camille
Is this the path you thought you would take when you started your studies?
Camille
The world of private equity has changed a lot in recent years. What is your definition of PE? How do you see it?
Camille
PE funds were my clients when I worked in Transaction Services. Thirteen years ago, there was much less attention being paid to climate issues and ESG in general. The shift we’ve seen in the industry can only be a good thing.
Are there any specific encounters – or moments – that have stood out for you in your journey at Argos?
Camille
My first meeting with Karel Kroupa: if that hadn’t happened, I wouldn’t be here today.
You interact with managers every day. Which entrepreneurs do you admire in your market?
Camille
Probably Morgane Sézalory, founder of the fashion brand Sézane. She understood how the market for mid-range ready-to-wear womenswear was changing before anyone else. She’s exactly the same age as me, and also the mother of three children. She’s an amazing success story.
How do you balance your professional and personal life? (e.g. family, sports, etc.)
Camille
Outside of your job, what are your passions or commitments?
Camille
How do you see yourself in 10 years’ time?

Can you tell us about a place that’s important to you: one that inspires you and helps you maintain your balance?

In another life, you would be…?
