Can you introduce yourself in a few words? Your age, your family situation and the country you live in?

Greta

My name is Greta Allio. I am 26 years old, and I live in Milan.

Tell us about your career and how you joined Argos?

Greta

While writing my thesis, which was the culmination of my master’s degree, I was able to embark on a career path at an independent M&A boutique affiliated with a global network. This extraordinary combination, which continued after I finished my studies, gave me the opportunity to be involved in several cross-border activities including in Spain, the United States and Singapore.

The world of private equity has changed a lot in recent years. What is your definition of PE? How do you see it?

Greta

Private equity represents an alternative route to entrepreneurship. It engenders value creation that encompasses all of a company’s stakeholders. This approach produces favourable economic returns and extends the company’s influence to environmental, social, and governance aspects, thus positively impacting the targeted investment environment.

The feeling that guides you the most in your daily life?

Greta

Throughout my life, I have nurtured a desire to assist others. Due to my interest in the realm of business, I am convinced that helping entrepreneurs grow and realise their full potential serves as a gratifying and effective avenue through which I can bring about positive change on both the individual business level and the larger economic system as a whole.

How do you find balance in your life as a whole?

Greta

I make the most of my free time with friends and family, mainly by proposing outings to discover new places or cuisines while staying in the big, diverse city of Milan.

Outside of your job, what are your passions or commitments?

Greta

In recent years I have been rediscovering a passion for art, from impressionists to more contemporary artists.

In another life, you would be... ?

Greta

I would not change anything but use today’s experience to change something along the way.
