I am in a happy relationship and living in Frankfurt.
What path led you to Argos and the position you hold today?

After my Master’s graduation, I had the chance to work in my father’s company for two years to gain valuable insights into the entrepreneurial side. After that, I worked in M&A for two years before I got the chance to return to the buy side.
The world of private equity has changed a lot in recent years. What is your definition of PE? How do you see it?

To describe yourself further: It is said that we are the average of the people we meet. Who do you think they are and how do they influence you?

How do you find balance in your life as a whole?
Onur
Working in banking can be quite intense, and finding the balance is key. Sometimes this can be as easy as walking to the office in the morning instead of taking the subway. Apart from that, I love the atmosphere in the mountains or just spending time with my family.
