Can you introduce yourself?
Nathalie
I started my career as an English and Dutch teacher, and the words respect, teamwork and trust have always been three of my main values. I could immediately sense these values when I was recruited to work for Argos Wityu.
After some years of working as a legal assistant, first in a law firm and then in a private equity firm, I decided to be more involved in the business, and started to study accounting by way of evening courses in Luxembourg. Motivation, rigour and hard work were essential, although becoming a student again after having been a teacher was a bit funny.
My first experience as an accountant was in private equity, and I think this industry is one of the most interesting for an accountant, given all there is to consider: business, legal, tax and the most important, people.
What made you join Argos?

My first contacts with Argos Wityu convinced me that the values of the company are based first and foremost on people and their well-being, which for me is the key to commitment and loyalty.
I am convinced that Argos Wityu will help me to develop professionally and personally, because management trust their employees and are accessible. The balance between autonomy and teamwork is perfect.
