TKH France, company supported by Argos Wityu, acquires Casanova

  • The acquisition is part of TKH France’s European external growth development plan.

  • First operation, less than 3 months after acquisition.

Argos Wityu supports TKH France’s buy-and-build strategy with this first investment, made less than 3 months after the group’s acquisition at the end of September 2023.

The TKH France group is one of France’s leading suppliers of low-voltage cables and connectivity solutions for B2B customers. Products are supplied through two companies: CAE Data and ID Câbles. Casanova is a leading French specialist in residential and hospitality communication networks.

Thanks to this operation, TKH France strengthens its position in various fields of activity, such as defense and residential services.

Bruno Poisson, CEO of TKH France, comments: “Casanova reinforces CAE Data’s strategy of seizing vertical markets in France. The complementary nature of the two companies will enable us to serve our customers with an extensive offering in a wide range of fields, including defense, healthcare and residential services. We are delighted to welcome a top-quality team who will find their place and have a strong impact in accelerating the company’s development.”

David Dray, President of Casanova, adds: “We are delighted to participate in CAE Data’s strategic development, bringing complementary expertise in VDI, smart home and smart building. This merger will enable us to continue innovating on behalf of our customers. In CAE Data, we have found human and responsible values in harmony with the choices that have always guided us.”

Thomas Ribéreau, Partner at Argos Wityu, concluded: “The acquisition of Casanova is in line with TKH France’s development plan by external growth in Europe. This first acquisition opens new markets while strengthening its solid expertise in the connectivity solutions segment”.
