The Coexya Group, majority-owned by Argos Wityu, acquires PI Services

  • This acquisition expands Coexya’s service offering in the field of information systems infrastructure.

  • This operation consolidates Coexya’s external growth strategy, which aims to develop both its portfolio of offerings and its technological partnerships.

Coexya is a multi-specialist in digital transformation, with over 20 years’ experience in consulting, integration and software development. The Group operates in five areas of expertise: Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Digital Content, Location Intelligence and Smart Data, and offers business solutions for sectors such as healthcare, intellectual property and industry. It serves some 390 customers and generated sales of around €100 million in 2023. Coexya counts over 900 employees based in Lyon, Paris, Rennes, Lille and Brest.

Argos Wityu, Coexya’s majority shareholder since 2020, took over the group alongside the management team as part of a carve-out from its parent company Sword Group. Since the acquisition, Argos Wityu has been supporting the group in its aim to become an independent leader in digital transformation, notably through an ambitious external growth policy: this combination is the 4th operation carried out by Coexya following the acquisitions of Geomod (2021), Aquilab (2022) and Siris Advisory-Cloudspirit (2022).

Founded over 20 years ago, PI Services has established a solid position with key accounts, offering a comprehensive range of services including consulting, integration of Microsoft Cloud infrastructures, and operation of these infrastructures.

By joining forces with the Coexya group, PI Services intends to accelerate its development, industrialize its managed services and offer a complementary and coherent solution for a large number of Coexya’s projects. The new entity, representing consolidated sales of almost 110 million euros by 2023, will also be an opportunity to consolidate the existing partnership with Microsoft.

Philippe Le Calvé, Chairman of Coexya, is delighted with this merger: “This acquisition is an important step in our growth strategy. We are delighted to welcome the PI Services team to the Group. Their proven expertise in Microsoft platforms perfectly complements our service offering, strengthening our position as the French leader in Microsoft services, and enabling us to provide our customers with an even more comprehensive and innovative offering”.

Karel Kroupa, Managing Partner at Argos Wityu, adds: “We are delighted to support Coexya in its development. This merger is clearly in line with the group’s strategy, which consists in particular in pursuing an active external growth strategy. It will enable Coexya to round out its portfolio of services with a new IS infrastructure offering that is highly complementary to the Group’s existing activities, as well as strengthening its long-standing technological partnership with Microsoft”.
