I’m 38 years old and I live in Paris.
Tell us about your career and how you joined Argos?
Dialla
I was an office manager in the fashion sector for several years.
I joined Argos by chance. I was given a temporary assignment, which was supposed to last a few months. But I’m still here, and very happy about it.
Is this the path you thought you would take when you started your studies?
Dialla
No, I would never have imagined it.
What is the feeling that guides you most in your daily life?
Dialla
What motivates me is that I like what I do, and I my job is never dull. Every day I learn something new.
What encounter - or moment - has marked your journey at Argos?
Dialla
My arrival.
I have never been so well received in a company as I was here.
I had biases, but they were all false. 😊

They inspire me to do better.
How do you find balance in your life as a whole?
Dialla
I think that my organisation allows me to combine professional life and personal life.
Outside of your job, what are your passions or commitments?
Dialla
Outside of my job, I read, run, go to the cinema, to concerts, and I travel. It’s travel that allows you to enrich yourself by discovering new cultures.

I hope to be in good health and to have travelled the world.
