Argos Wityu supports TKH France’s buy-and-build strategy with these two investments made less than a year after the group’s acquisition at the end of September 2023. It follows the acquisition of Casanova in December 2023.
TKH France is one of France’s leading suppliers of connectivity solutions. The group addresses notably the smart building (tertiary & residential), industrial, marine & offshore, nuclear & infrastructure, military, healthcare and entertainment markets. Products are supplied through three companies: CAE Data, ID Câbles and Casanova.
ITS Partner Group is a Spanish company specializing in the design, development, production, and distribution of electronic devices aimed at the Hospitality sector. OPENETICS is a Spanish company operating in over 50 countries and specializing in the manufacture of structured cabling technologies and solutions.
